Product Manager Exterior Plasters

Responsibilities

• Manage the EMEA exterior plasters portfolio including Lime Cement Plasters, ETICS, and Adhesives
• Act as an interface between regional product managers and global teams such as R&D, Technology, and Procurement
• Drive EMEA product strategy by identifying customer needs and consolidating them into a regional product roadmap
• Transfer identified product requirements into the global and regional R&D innovation pipeline
• Track EMEA business performance and manage the process from ideation to go-to-market

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
• Extensive experience in product management, preferably in regional or global roles
• Technical expertise in exterior plasters, rendering, and ETICS
• Strong strategic and analytical skills for market trend identification
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel abroad for business

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Building Engineering
• Proficiency in additional languages
