Product Manager, Evidence Generation & Life Sciences Applications

Responsibilities

• Define and document workflows for abstraction tools, AI-assisted processes, and data quality validation
• Optimize patient chart abstraction and evidence through AI-assisted workflows
• Lead user interviews and working sessions to understand end-user needs and identify application gaps
• Serve as Product Owner, maintaining backlog prioritization and leading sprint coordination
• Translate market needs into actionable application requirements and sprint-ready user stories
• Collaborate with Commercial and Scientific teams to understand customer requirements
• Ensure applications support regulatory-grade evidence generation and trial-readiness

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, health IT, data platforms, or clinical research technology
• Experience using AI to build products and create AI-assisted workflows for clinical evidence
• Experience working with healthcare data such as EHR, registry, claims, or research data
• Experience writing structured product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience operating in an agile development environment and leading sprint ceremonies
• Strong ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and cross-functional communication
