Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market needs and company goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform positioning
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to optimize promotional strategies
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and distributors
• Lead product lifecycle management initiatives including product enhancement and line extensions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in pharmacy, Medicine, or relevant life sciences
• 2–4 years of experience as Brand/Assistant Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with injectables, diabetes, metabolic, or obesity products preferred
• Expertise in consumer (DTC) and HCP integrated campaigns
• Proficient in English and Arabic
• Demonstrated success in launch readiness and brand building
