Product Manager - ERP AI, Accounting & Finance

Responsibilities

• Define and build the strategic roadmap for integrating AI-driven insights and business processes into construction ERP.
• Own the end-to-end vision for finance and accounting modules, including requirement gathering and project/sprint management.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to maintain the product roadmap.
• Manage the entire product life cycle from ideation and strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Conduct market research through customer and prospect visits to specify requirements for current and future products.
• Develop and implement company-wide go-to-market plans in coordination with marketing and sales.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS product management or an equivalent role.
• Deep understanding of financial workflows and accounting methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with accounting operations such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in managing project backlogs and prioritization.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification.
• Understanding of invoicing, customer aging, and electronic payments.
