Responsibilities

• Meticulously own vision, roadmap, strategy, and execution of the Workplace platform products
• Launch products and take responsibility for success/failure based on defined goals and metrics
• Gather feedback from customers, sales, and success teams to iterate and launch features
• Act as the primary point person for customers during beta periods and run internal dogfooding
• Story-tell the importance of product builds to engineering, design, and the wider company
• Own pricing, packaging, and ensure sales training is executed effectively
• Implement and elevate product processes to improve execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in B2B with enterprise exposure
• 0-1 product building experience
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in San Francisco
