Product Manager - Enterprise Gen AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for enterprise Gen AI products that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, prioritizing features based on strategic objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise AI capabilities and how they fulfill specific business solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Engage with customers and sales teams to gather feedback and validate product hypotheses.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and industry needs.
• Define and track key product metrics to drive data-driven decisions regarding performance and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in product management with expertise in the Product Lifecycle Management process.
• Proven track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools, copilots, or agent frameworks in professional workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex business goals into actionable product requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise data layers or AI-driven analytics.
