About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for existing AI-related products that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to maintenance and retirement.
- Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise AI capabilities and how they fulfill specific business solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Engage with customers and sellers to validate product hypotheses and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and industry needs.
- Define and track key product metrics to drive data-driven decisions regarding performance and improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in product management with expertise in the Product Lifecycle Management process.
- Proven track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience leveraging Generative AI tools, copilots, or agent frameworks in professional workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable product requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale data layers or AI integration.
