Product Manager, Endpoint Security

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision for Endpoint Security and translate it into actionable delivery objectives for development teams
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing technical debt, SRE, and business requirements
• Collaborate with Engineering, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to document user stories and acceptance criteria
• Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, representing the voice of the customer through research and design thinking
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor security, resilience, and performance metrics
• Lead internal backlog refinement sessions and participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology
• At least 2 years of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience solving cyber technical challenges or translating business strategy into products
• 2+ years of experience as a Cyber Product Owner
• Expertise in endpoint security domains such as telemetry-driven detection, forensics, or malware protection
• Experience with JIRA and technical writing
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSPO, SAFe, or AWS Security
