Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own mission-critical product areas end-to-end, bridging technical engineering and exceptional design.
• Partner with ML engineers to turn frontier AI capabilities into simple, intuitive, and magical learning experiences for children.
• Identify user needs and product hypotheses through direct testing with children and families.
• Bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving projects by aligning stakeholders and sequencing work.
• Ship weekly improvements that solve complex technical problems while remaining deceptively simple for the end user.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management or closely adjacent roles (engineering, design, or UX research).
• Hands-on experience using AI-native prototyping tools (e.g., Claude, Bolt, Replit) to build demos and test ideas.
• Strong design sense with the ability to recognize great UX and collaborate closely with designers.
• Technical fluency to navigate system tradeoffs and partner effectively with ML and engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and turn fuzzy possibilities into concrete execution plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Software engineering experience or experience building highly technical products.
• Experience working closely with ML or AI teams on production-level features.
• Past experience working on consumer products for children, families, or the education market.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and the ability to conduct UX research or play testing.
• Familiarity with game design mechanics and engagement loops.
