Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, prioritize, and execute initiatives to improve approval rates and conversion for cards and APMs in Mexico
• Reduce transaction costs and eliminate single points of failure through redundancy, multiple acquirers, and smart routing
• Strengthen capabilities with partners like EVO, BBVA, and local APM providers
• Convert merchant pain points into clear product improvements and performance actions
• Work closely with Product Engineering to build and optimize technical solutions
• Align with Country Growth, Commercial, Revenue Management, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams
• Engage with strategic merchants to identify bottlenecks and prioritize improvements

Requirements

• Experience in product management within the fintech or payments industry
• Ability to manage technical product roadmaps and performance diagnostics
• Strong analytical skills to drive conversion and cost efficiency
• Experience working with payment acquirers and local payment methods
