Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Medical Device portfolio across Southeast Asia by shaping product strategy and managing lifecycles
• Identify market trends, new product opportunities, and clinical trends through market research and competitor analysis
• Provide product-related support, resources, and direction to the sales team
• Develop and initiate marketing campaigns and customized marketing materials for customers and sales teams
• Manage and coordinate industry conferences in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Department
• Ensure products meet local regulatory standards and healthcare regulations, working closely with regulatory affairs teams
• Oversee MRP forecasts, stock ordering, and manage stock turns to minimize slow-moving or excess inventory

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience within the medical devices or healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in managing teams, conducting performance reviews, and driving employee engagement
• Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical teams
• Ability to develop and execute regional product strategies
• Strong skills in product lifecycle management and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of medical device technologies and clinical applications
• Familiarity with regional healthcare systems and market trends in Southeast Asia
• Experience leading teams through organizational change and driving continuous improvement
• Experience managing products across multiple regions or diverse markets
