About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the DSP roadmap and define the vision for the programmatic buying platform
  • Bridge physical and digital standards by translating OpenRTB into the OOH world
  • Scale programmatic OOH by working with SSP partners and internal supply teams
  • Partner with Analytics and Data Science teams to build measurement and attribution tools
  • Engage with power users at agencies and brands to translate pain points into product solutions
  • Lead a dedicated squad of engineers and designers

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience within the programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, or Exchange)
  • Technical fluency in discussing APIs, system architecture, and data pipelines
  • Outcome-oriented mindset with a track record of driving revenue or platform efficiency
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for prioritization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience in Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) or location-based marketing
  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven bidding optimizations
  • SQL skills
