About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the DSP roadmap and define the vision for the programmatic buying platform
- Bridge physical and digital standards by translating OpenRTB into the OOH world
- Scale programmatic OOH by working with SSP partners and internal supply teams
- Partner with Analytics and Data Science teams to build measurement and attribution tools
- Engage with power users at agencies and brands to translate pain points into product solutions
- Lead a dedicated squad of engineers and designers
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience within the programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, or Exchange)
- Technical fluency in discussing APIs, system architecture, and data pipelines
- Outcome-oriented mindset with a track record of driving revenue or platform efficiency
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for prioritization
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) or location-based marketing
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven bidding optimizations
- SQL skills
