Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for reporting, analytics, and restaurant insights infrastructure
• Partner with engineering teams to unlock data utility for restaurant decision-making
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from definition to launch
• Write clear product requirements and collaborate with Engineering and Design
• Contribute to product roadmap development and prioritize work based on OKRs
• Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to understand pain points
• Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive measurable outcomes
• Manage project timelines and navigate trade-offs between business and technical constraints

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or B2C
• 2+ years of experience building data products, analytics features, or AI/ML solutions
• Proven track record of delivering product features with measurable impact
• Strong ability to connect technical features to customer value and business outcomes
• Highly analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder alignment
