Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the Product Roadmap, making priorities, milestones and cross-team dependencies transparent to stakeholders
• Maintain a continuously prioritized Product Backlog with clear acceptance criteria
• Lead and facilitate discovery activities including user research, prototyping, and experiments
• Drive delivery of customer-facing increments and track success metrics
• Coordinate release planning and manage cross-team dependencies
• Improve requirements clarity and collaboration with engineering and QA to reduce rework
• Champion data-informed prioritization and balance customer value with technical sustainability and compliance

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in software product delivery
• Proven experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience owning product roadmaps and coordinating cross-team releases
• Strong user story writing and acceptance criteria definition skills
• Experience running discovery activities with UX and engineering
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking product KPIs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience with API-driven software environments and familiarity with banking/financial regulatory considerations

Preferred Qualifications

• German language skills
