Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the Product Roadmap for Premium Cards
• Manage and prioritise the Product Backlog with clear Acceptance Criteria
• Drive API-first product development including API contracts and OpenAPI specifications
• Lead discovery and validation activities using qualitative research and metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Architecture, and Design
• Track and report product KPIs to inform prioritisation and measure adoption
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term technical sustainability

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Manager on API-first or platform products
• Strong backlog management and stakeholder management skills
• Technical fluency with REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, and authentication patterns
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum practices
• Ability to use data and product KPIs to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Payments, Cards, or Financial Services
• Familiarity with API governance or microservice architectures
• Experience applying AI tools in product workflows
• Proficiency in German
