Product Manager, Digital Technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, adoption, and continuous improvement of SaaS-based Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Translate DAM strategies for PVH brands into technical capabilities and actionable product roadmaps.
• Manage the product backlog in collaboration with business product owners to ensure value-driven delivery.
• Ensure platform stability and reliability by monitoring system health and coordinating with IT and vendors.
• Triage incoming issues, assess impact, and manage resolutions through internal teams or vendor support.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and processes to support global DAM operations.
• Partner with vendors to track progress on enhancements and ensure SLA compliance.
• Analyze system data to identify recurring challenges and drive long-term improvements.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience managing and implementing Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Proven expertise in defining and evolving end-to-end Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise content, product data, and metadata management.
• Experience defining and governing data models, metadata schemas, and taxonomies.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms, including issue triage and vendor management.
• B.S. degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
