Product Manager (Digital Health & AI)

Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, defining strategy, roadmaps, and features for digital health and AI solutions.
• Facilitate product definition and design, including prototyping and UI/UX, by gathering requirements for insurance billing, patient invoicing, and data capture.
• Define and execute a product vision that balances clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and business impact.
• Empathize with patients, clinicians, and billing staff to identify and resolve pain points through direct research and interviews.
• Define success metrics and KPIs related to patient engagement, clinical workflows, and revenue cycle efficiency.
• Use data, research, and experimentation to validate product hypotheses and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, data science, operations, and clinical teams to drive feature development.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare technology market and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping products or services, preferably from the ground up.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy, managing backlogs, and delivering features that solve user problems.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly across diverse organizational teams.
• High level of empathy and humility when working with users and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within healthcare technology organizations.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions.
