Product Manager, Design

Responsibilities

• Own product direction including problem framing, requirements, tradeoffs, scope, and delivery
• Act as both product lead and hands-on designer for projects
• Leverage AI tools across the workflow to enhance output and thinking quality
• Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the build process
• Validate project outcomes to ensure end-to-end success

Requirements

• 2–4+ years in product design, product management, or a hybrid role
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating product thinking and design execution
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Experience with design systems and cross-functional engineering collaboration
• Fluency in using AI tools for research, design, and prototyping
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams
• Formal PM training (e.g., Reforge, Product School) or design education
