Product Manager - Databricks

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product strategy and vision for cutting-edge Data and AI/ML products.
• Manage the end-to-end product life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and release readiness.
• Own and maintain a product backlog that aligns with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and business teams to drive adoption.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers to maintain delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Hands-on experience working with Databricks and Snowflake platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate priorities.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, including GenAI and Agentic solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver data platform or analytics products in partnership with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Experience supporting internal clients in payments, credit card, or commercial banking domains.
• Familiarity with Agile/PI planning practices and managing dependencies across multiple teams.
• Ability to define and track product success metrics and adoption measures for internal platforms.
