Product Manager - Data Science

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, release backlog, and delivery execution for MDM and Net Revenue data products
• Elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Define requirements for HCO mastering, identity resolution, and data quality rules
• Partner with Data Engineering on ETL/ELT, source-to-target mappings, and data transformations
• Support productization of Life Sciences data sets including 844, 867, 852, and 340B
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirement traceability

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or data product experience in Life Sciences or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts like golden records and survivorship
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for backlog and sprint management
• Experience working with data engineering, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing teams
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences commercial operations, market access, or revenue management
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Reltio, Informatica MDM, or Veeva Network
• Proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, or semantic modeling
• Exposure to 340B, HIN, DEA, NPI, or NCPDP data sources
• Experience supporting AI-ready data assets and governed semantic models
