About the Company

Reflexivity builds an AI-native investment analysis platform for institutional investors, combining trusted financial data, knowledge graphs, document intelligence, and explainable AI to surface actionable insights instead of noise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data squad consisting of four engineers (Python and Golang)
• Act as the day-to-day product owner for data and product flows between Reflexivity and major partners
• Ship Reflexivity capabilities into partner products through close collaboration with partner engineering teams
• Refine how the platform ingests, models, and uses partner data, including data-model mapping and business logic
• Own the QA bar and ensure high-volume data workflows are efficient and accurate
• Use AI tooling to prototype business logic before handing it to engineering

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a PM, TPM, or in a technical/data role with PM responsibilities
• Genuine technical fluency with the ability to read schemas and reason about APIs and data pipelines
• Experience running external partnerships and leading working sessions with external teams
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to navigate complex financial data edge cases
• Daily user of AI assistants such as Cursor, Claude, or Windsurf
• Strong written communication skills for specs, partner docs, and release notes
• A QA mindset focused on system reliability and regression catching

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in financial data (market data, fundamentals, corporate actions, etc.) from providers like Bloomberg or FactSet
• Experience as a data or technical PM at an early-stage startup
• Degree in CS, math, finance, or a quantitative field
