Product Manager Data Center Infrastructure North America

Responsibilities

• Define the Data Center Infrastructure Solutions product roadmap by analyzing Voice of Customer data and market trends.
• Analyze competitor products to document strengths and deficiencies in core functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies in power, cooling, and white space infrastructure.
• Partner with Product Marketing to create white papers, case studies, technical documentation, and product launch materials.
• Support solution architects and application engineers with technical studies and solution proposals.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for executive, marketing, and sales teams regarding infrastructure solutions.
• Perform patent reviews and coordinate with legal teams for new offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience in data center design, build, commissioning, or maintenance.
• Technical expertise in translating customer pain points into actionable product solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Smartsheet.
• Working knowledge of CAD, BIM, and CFD tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
