Product Manager - Data Center Cooling

Responsibilities

• Lead market and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning
• Develop and maintain competitor profiles, pricing benchmarks, and differentiation frameworks
• Define and evolve pricing strategies, including value-based and cost-informed models
• Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to optimize product cost structures and value drivers
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support revenue growth and margin objectives
• Influence product roadmaps and investment decisions using data-driven market and financial insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience in direct B2B product management, ideally in data center or industrial equipment
• Proven experience developing and evolving pricing and cost strategies
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and competitive benchmarking
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and engineering
• Experience translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data center technologies or cooling solutions
• Background in product marketing or corporate strategy
