Product Manager - da Vinci Surgery

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, launch, and marketing of medical devices to ensure market success in the Philippines
• Analyze business performance and spearhead new product launches
• Equip and support the sales team with necessary tools and knowledge
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on impactful regional campaigns and events

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field (or commitment to undertake studies upon appointment)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English and the local language
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to operate independently
• Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the medical device industry
• Experience training others on complex technology or topics
• Clinical or operating room experience
• Knowledge of market access, clinical affairs, or regional regulatory requirements (ASEAN Medical Device Directive)
• Understanding of logistics and stock management
