Product Manager – da Vinci Multiport and Digital

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical marketing campaigns for focus specialty areas, specifically Gynaecology and Thoracic.
• Execute marketing campaigns to support capital sales and launch the da Vinci Digital portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support clinical education and marketing activities.
• Identify market trends and new sales enablement opportunities through research and analysis.
• Manage product lifecycles, including pricing, regulatory approval, forecasting, and new product launch strategies.
• Provide product-related support, resources, and direction to the sales team.
• Coordinate relevant tenders and contracts in conjunction with the Tenders and Pricing Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably within the medical or surgical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work effectively in an environment of change.
• High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to influence peers across a broad organisation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing digital or software products within the medical industry.
• Understanding of logistics and stock management.
• Knowledge of the MTAA Code of Conduct and TGA/Regulatory Affairs.
