Responsibilities
- Partner with research, engineering, data science, and policy teams to embed safety in frontier AI models
- Develop frameworks for understanding and mitigating deployment safety risks
- Define strategic priorities and product roadmaps focused on deployment safety and reliability
- Create scalable methodologies and tools for evaluating and improving safety systems
- Establish processes to integrate AI safety research into product offerings
- Develop and refine actionable metrics to capture safety performance and user experience
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management or related industry experience
- Specific expertise in AI safety, trust & safety, or integrity
- Background in cybersecurity
- Experience driving consensus in ambiguous environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and technical communication skills
