Product Manager, Cyber Defense and Blue Team

Responsibilities

• Work with security practitioners to understand high-value defensive workflows and opportunities for AI improvement
• Shape and build products from early concept through prototype, evaluation, launch, and iteration
• Translate complex security and model capabilities into clear product requirements and intuitive user experiences
• Partner with research and engineering teams to connect model improvements with real product use cases
• Collaborate with internal Detection & Response teams to develop reusable capabilities
• Help develop Codex-based workflows for security content investigation and testing
• Work with security vendors and customers on integrations and design partnerships
• Define practical measures of product quality, including accuracy, safety, and analyst efficiency
• Establish safeguards for permissions, auditability, and tenant isolation

Requirements

• Experience building enterprise, developer, infrastructure, or cybersecurity products
• Experience with zero-to-one product development in evolving markets
• Ability to move from technical capability to dependable user products
• Strong product judgment balancing user value, technical feasibility, and safety
• Ability to work effectively with researchers, engineers, and security practitioners
• Capability to make complex technical systems understandable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with security operations, detection and response, or threat intelligence
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOAR, or identity platforms
• Experience building AI products, agentic systems, or developer tools
• Familiarity with model evaluations and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Experience building partner ecosystems, APIs, or platform products
