About the role

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the user experience of AI-driven data products within the BEES apps ecosystem
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement in AI model interactions
  • Establish and maintain a feedback loop with users to continuously refine AI model performance
  • Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to influence the design and functionality of AI models
  • Work alongside customer support teams to address user issues and improve overall satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to help users effectively utilize data products
  • Monitor AI model performance in real-time to ensure they meet quality standards and user needs
  • Act as a customer advocate and key point of contact for stakeholder alignment regarding metrics and priorities

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts, including metrics, data models, and visualization
  • Good knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) concepts and standard processes
  • Strong analytical profile with familiarity with Databricks and data analytics environments
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for analytical autonomy
  • Advanced English skills for collaboration with global teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate data into business narratives
  • Ability to work in close partnership with Product Managers and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working closely with Product, Data, Commercial, or CX teams
  • Strong business or CX acumen with a data-driven decision-making mindset
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
