Product Manager, Currency Expansion & Payments

Responsibilities

• Own the regional currency roadmap for Latin America from Alpha through General Availability
• Manage the end-to-end corridor launch process, including liquidity partner onboarding, settlement rails, and compliance clearance
• Prioritize engineering efforts by writing technical specs and managing sprint priorities
• Partner with liquidity providers and banking partners to establish technical and operational requirements for new currency pairs
• Navigate multi-market regulatory complexities by collaborating with Legal and Regulatory teams
• Drive post-launch adoption by tracking trading volumes and identifying friction points for clients
• Develop a repeatable, documented playbook for launching new currencies across the region

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, specifically owning complex, multi-dependency B2B or infrastructure products
• Proven experience in cross-border payments, FX, card networks, or financial infrastructure
• Experience shipping products across multiple international markets or regulatory jurisdictions
• High level of operational rigor with the ability to manage complex workflows and checklists

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of LATAM payment rails, regulatory environments, or banking ecosystems
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Background working with card networks, payment schemes, or large-scale processors
• Experience with stablecoin settlement, on/off-ramp infrastructure, or digital asset products
