Product Manager, Currency Expansion & Payments

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end currency expansion roadmap for Europe, managing the pipeline from Alpha to General Availability.
• Coordinate liquidity provider onboarding, settlement rail readiness, and compliance clearance for new corridors.
• Prioritize engineering efforts by writing technical specs and managing sprint priorities in partnership with Engineering Managers.
• Act as the product voice in discussions with liquidity providers and banking partners to translate technical constraints into product decisions.
• Navigate multi-market regulatory complexities across the UK and EU, working closely with Legal and Regulatory teams.
• Drive post-launch adoption by tracking trading volumes and identifying friction points to improve client activation.
• Develop a repeatable regional launch playbook to standardize the process for future currency expansions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically owning complex, multi-dependency B2B or infrastructure products.
• Deep context in cross-border payments or financial infrastructure (FX, card networks, or digital asset products).
• Proven experience shipping products across multiple regulatory jurisdictions and international markets.
• High level of operational rigour with the ability to manage complex workflows and multi-team dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of European payment rails such as SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, or CHAPS.
• Familiarity with European regulatory environments including FCA, PSD2/PSD3, or MiCA.
• Background working with card networks, payment schemes, or large-scale processors.
• Experience with stablecoin settlement, on/off-ramp infrastructure, or digital asset rails.
