Crosby is the first AI-native law firm, helping ambitious companies sign commercial contracts faster. We build proprietary tools and human-in-the-loop workflows that change what's possible for corporate legal teams by combining human expertise with the right technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive product direction and own the vision, product, and roadmap end to end for the redlining product
• Design and operate the evaluation infrastructure to measure product improvement
• Partner deeply with internal legal teams and design partners to identify automation opportunities
• Define and analyze metrics related to quality, automation, and customer outcomes
• Champion velocity by shipping, learning, and iterating quickly under ambiguity

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Track record of building AI/ML-powered products at an early-to-mid stage
• Experience with AI applications, including written evals and reasoning about model behavior
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering on architecture and agent design
• Proven success in early-stage startup environments
• Ability to work in person in New York City

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered products in production
• Experience working with domain experts to shape AI products (legal, medical, financial, or scientific)
• Background in scaling products from early stage to scale
