Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for lending, insurance, and mutual fund products
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Gather requirements from Credit, Ops, Tech, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Create PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and product flows
• Coordinate with the tech team for development and delivery
• Manage end-to-end consumer journeys for loans, insurance, and mutual funds
• Ensure compliance with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, IRDAI, and SEBI norms
• Handle integrations with lenders, insurers, credit bureaus, PGs, CKYC, e-sign, and e-mandate
• Conduct UAT and ensure smooth releases
• Monitor product performance metrics and optimize funnels
• Work closely with marketing, operations, collections, and support teams
• Drive continuous improvements, A/B tests, and feature enhancements
• Train internal teams on new product features

Requirements

• 3–7 years of fintech product management experience
• Strong knowledge of lending lifecycle and insurance processes
• Experience working with engineering teams and API-based products
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LOS/LMS systems
• Experience with insurance aggregator platforms
• Exposure to digital lending or consumer fintech
