Product Manager, Creator Platform

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed business and product requirements to guide design and technical specifications
• Partner with PMs and Data Analytics to establish KPI frameworks for platform health and engagement
• Drive the end-to-end product process including discovery, competitive analysis, and delivery
• Iterate on live service platforms by identifying growth opportunities and friction points
• Translate quantitative and qualitative signals into prioritized roadmaps and actionable hypotheses
• Collaborate with UX/UI Design to translate ideas into user-friendly prototypes

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management or strategy and operations experience in technology
• Experience with live services or data-driven products
• Ability to influence stakeholders across publishing, design, and technical leadership
• Strong analysis skills with experience defining KPIs and running experiments
• Experience driving live service iteration on consumer or developer facing platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for gaming, sandbox games, modding, and user-generated content
• Hands-on experience developing game mods and participating in modding communities
