Product Manager - Counter-UAS (C-UAS)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the C-UAS C2 software suite, including sensor integration, automated threat classification, and effector tasking
• Translate operational requirements from end-users and stakeholders into actionable software specifications and user stories
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to reduce operator cognitive load and shorten engagement timelines
• Define requirements for multi-sensor fusion (Radar, RF, EO/IR) and guide the productization of AI/ML models for real-time threat classification
• Drive compliance with military C2 standards such as MOSA/SOSA, OMS/UCI, and Link 16 to ensure seamless third-party integration
• Serve as the primary voice of the user by conducting regular engagements with operators to validate product direction

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience within the defense, aerospace, or mission-critical C2 software sectors
• Working knowledge of military C2 standards and architectures (MOSA, SOSA, OMS/UCI, Link 16)
• Hands-on experience defining requirements for and productizing AI/ML capabilities for classification or decision support
• Proven ability to own a product roadmap from concept through delivery
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a national security clearance
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with C-UAS programs or air defense C2 systems
• Familiarity with EW effector integration or directed energy/kinetic defeat systems
• Exposure to ITAR/EAR-controlled program environments
• Experience working in a scaling defense startup
