Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes from idea through launch and ongoing optimization
• Drive product strategy and execution through customer research and data analysis
• Lead product development by defining requirements, writing epics, and prioritizing backlogs
• Act as the voice of the customer for carriers, drivers, and fleet operators
• Collaborate with UX and engineering to shape user experiences across web and mobile
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to bring products to market
• Use data and success metrics to drive continuous iteration
• Build alignment across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Finance

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product management experience
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept through execution
• Strong product instincts and ability to validate opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical aptitude regarding APIs, integrations, and system architecture
• Experience in Agile product development environments
• Ability to make decisions with imperfect information
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in card or virtual payment systems
• Experience with transportation payments, fuel programs, or fleet logistics
• Knowledge of credit, risk, or compliance in financial products
• Proficiency with analytics tools and SQL
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams
