Product Manager, Core Platform

About the Company

FLORA is building the first creative operating system: an infinite canvas designed for the generative computing paradigm. Backed by tier-one investors like a16z and Menlo Ventures, our platform is used by creative powerhouses such as Pentagram, Lionsgate, and Nike.

Responsibilities

• Own the core platform foundation, including the visual programming experience, block system, and canvas performance
• Drive the roadmap for block architecture, noodle inputs, bulk operations, and canvas rendering
• Shape how generative models are surfaced and integrated across different modalities
• Work closely with Craft engineering and Design to ensure a high-quality, polished user experience
• Increase user depth by enabling the creation of complex, multi-step workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with creative or developer tools
• Fluency in the generative AI landscape (image, video, audio, and text models)
• Experience with visual or canvas-based products (e.g., Figma, Miro, Notion, or DAWs)
• Technical intuition regarding rendering performance, state management, and interaction models
• Proven track record of shipping polished features under time pressure
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate broad mandates into concrete roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, or Stable Diffusion
• Experience building node-based or visual programming interfaces
• Background in creative tools, game engines, or professional media software
• Strong design sensibility and ability to provide precise UI feedback
• Understanding of LLM capabilities such as context windows and multimodal inputs
