Product Manager - Core Banking

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product development from idea initiation to testing
• Write high-quality product requirements with supporting data and technical flows
• Monitor key metrics to identify issues and improve product performance
• Drive data-informed decisions using user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Collaborate with engineering, designers, analysts, data science, and risk teams

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product development
• Knowledge of fintech or payment product management is welcome
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude
• Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Capability to understand technical concepts and brainstorm with engineers
• Technical skill in SQL/Query

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• Technical background
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
• Experience launching and scaling products from scratch
