Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market needs and ROI
• Introduce new products and develop robust structures to enhance scalability
• Draft and monitor agreements with partners and merchants
• Conduct market surveys and analyze trends in loyalty, marketplaces, and lifestyle
• Manage budgets and track expenditures for financial efficiency
• Monitor product operation performance via dashboards
• Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and resolve defects
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers
• Write business plans and processes to streamline operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of product management experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership role within the software industry
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
