Product Manager - Control System

Responsibilities

• Act as the regional product owner with end-to-end responsibility for the regional control systems portfolio in the Aftermarket segment
• Proactively screen the existing portfolio, identify gaps, and work on range extension with local suppliers
• Manage New Product Introductions (NPI), including the development of go-to-market strategies and sales readiness (pricing, stock, and cataloging)
• Maintain product master data for respective product lines
• Coordinate cross-referencing against competitors and OE with the Data Team to ensure customer range demands are met
• Drive change management activities within the portfolio
• Serve as the regional point of contact for the sales team and Customer Service Desk regarding product and commercial inquiries

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, specification, or product development processes
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of passenger car control systems, product structures, and processes
• Proven ability to think strategically and analytically with a hands-on execution approach
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
