Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for Profound's AI-native CMS
- Own how content is created, staged, reviewed, and published inside Profound
- Work directly with customers to understand content workflows and translate them into product decisions
- Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality AI-native content tooling
- Conduct daily customer discovery to validate product builds
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience building software products
- Deep understanding of content workflows (creation, review, approval, and publishing)
- Strong product fundamentals with zero-to-one experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity
- Hands-on approach to writing specs and customer discovery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agentic or AI-assisted workflows
- Experience as a founder or building zero-to-one products
