Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify market trends and customer requirements to drive the Microsoft 365 product roadmap
• Act as a trusted advisor to the field team when pursuing Microsoft 365 data protection opportunities
• Collaborate with the lead product manager to develop and assess annual business targets
• Build and maintain demo environments to enable effective customer presentations
• Enable sales and presales teams on new capabilities and product offerings prior to release
• Lead the development of specific feature sets within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in engineering, product support, Customer Success Management (CSM), or product management
• Strong understanding of data protection concepts
• Proficiency in core business metrics including ARR, churn, and margin
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executives and customers
• Experience building product concepts and business plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Business
