Product Manager, Commercial AI Solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms like Salesforce to enhance client business processes
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and sales teams to translate market requirements into actionable product features
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and performance metrics
• Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve product offerings and user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-3 years of product management experience within Agile development processes
• Proven experience implementing agentic AI solutions
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and product metrics analysis
• Experience managing technical products and understanding the software development lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in Data Science
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, specifically regarding AI/ML services
• Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and AI advancements like Salesforce Einstein
• Experience in financial services, data analytics, or business intelligence industries
