About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement country-level product strategies aligned with global and EMEA objectives
- Lead end-to-end product launches using structured frameworks to ensure market readiness
- Develop and localize value propositions, messaging, and communication plans for diverse customer groups
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including optimization and retirement phases
- Drive upgrade penetration through targeted campaigns and opportunity identification
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Partner with Sales, Clinical, and Commercial Excellence teams to drive product adoption
- Monitor product performance via KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
- Contribute to regional EMEA product management projects and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to simplify complex or technical topics for broad audiences
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (up to 30%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cochlear implants, acoustic implants, or hearing healthcare
- Understanding of medical device markets and regulatory environments
- Customer-facing experience in sales or field roles
- Experience developing training materials and commercial support tools
- Familiarity with EMEA markets and distributor models
- Additional European language skills
