About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead product ownership for Middle Office integration with Client Experience platforms, managing data flows across performance, accounting, and security master systems.
- Translate business vision into actionable roadmaps, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Align Client Experience features and reporting with the Alpha target operating model and roadmap.
- Prioritize initiatives to maximize value while balancing impact, risk, effort, and dependencies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between business teams, technology, and operations to ensure scalability and compliance.
- Define and track key platform metrics and OKRs to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
- Foster innovation by identifying and shaping AI use cases to enhance delivery and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional work experience, including at least 8 years in business or product management.
- Proven background in Financial Services with deep understanding of asset management ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of back-office and mid-office systems and workflows.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle in collaboration with technology, design, and data teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) for Agile project management.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or an advanced degree.
- Experience supporting senior leaders within Product, Investment Services, or adjacent financial functions.
