Product Manager, ChatGPT Sites

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ChatGPT Sites.
• Partner with engineering, research, design, safety, and go-to-market teams to build robust product experiences.
• Define product requirements for a full-stack surface, including backend capabilities, identity, storage, and enterprise readiness.
• Work with engineering to navigate technical tradeoffs regarding architecture, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop capabilities that help users create, modify, deploy, and manage software effectively using AI.
• Translate ambiguous technical possibilities into clear product direction and success metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, technical leadership, or founder/operator roles.
• A software engineering background with experience building and shipping production software.
• Deep understanding of system design, APIs, authentication, storage, and deployment workflows.
• Experience building and scaling products for both individual users and enterprise customers.
• Ability to operate from first principles in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for developer tools, AI-assisted coding, DevOps, and infrastructure.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to turn complex technical systems into simple user experiences.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around clear product priorities.
