Product Manager Buyer

Responsibilities

• Define brand strategies and implement launch plans including growth plans and product pipelines
• Set pricing policies and develop sales arguments
• Source and develop product ranges by creating specifications and negotiating with suppliers
• Optimize product formulas and packaging
• Ensure product availability and stock levels in collaboration with Supply Chain
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and influence group-level synergies
• Manage P&L for private label brands, including topline and budget tracking
• Analyze category performance (financial, sell-in, and sell-out) and identify growth levers
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing
• 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or retail sectors
• Proficiency in trade marketing techniques and promotional tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills
