Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Run the intake pipeline by triaging and qualifying opportunities from stakeholders, sales, and leadership.
• Build rigorous initial business cases including market sizing, unit economics, competitive landscape, and technical analysis.
• Lead discovery sprints through stakeholder interviews and technical feasibility scoping to produce structured opportunity briefs.
• Drive rapid decision-making by preparing and presenting pithy findings and recommendations to the executive team.
• Incubate qualified opportunities through early validation, pilot scoping, and partner outreach before handing them off to scale.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or corporate development.
• Proven ability to build business cases from scratch and present defensible recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into actionable executive memos.
• High level of comfort with ambiguity and a strong aptitude for systems thinking.
• Strong data and analytical skills, including impact sizing and Fermi-style estimation.
• Experience using AI tools (such as Glean, Claude, or ChatGPT) to enhance research, analysis, and prototyping.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline like advanced analytics, finance, or technology management.
• Experience in R&D, venture, or new-product incubation environments.
• Background in transportation technology, mobility, edge AI, or hardware/software platforms.
• Familiarity with B2G (Business to Government) or public-sector procurement dynamics.
