Product Manager, Busbars

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the Busbars portfolio, including new product introduction, line extensions, and end-of-production planning.
• Gather and prioritize customer, channel, and market requirements through engagement with sales teams, consultants, and end users.
• Develop regional go-to-market plans and support sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Define product business cases for new developments and enhancements based on voice-of-customer requirements.
• Support sales teams with technical positioning, product education, and competitive comparisons.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve lead time, availability, and quality.
• Research market trends, demand drivers, and competitor positioning within the Busbars market.
• Prepare technical presentations and sales enablement collateral for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or application engineering within power distribution or electrical infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of Busbars technologies and industry procurement procedures.
• English Business Proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems such as CRM.
• Ability to travel up to 30% across the EMEA region.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage pricing, growth, and portfolio priorities.
