Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for exchange-related features to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Partner with engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
• Research crypto market trends, user feedback, and competitor movements to optimize the trading experience
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing PRDs to testing and post-launch optimization
• Monitor and analyze key product metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve user retention

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of solid experience in Product Management
• Proven experience specifically within cryptocurrency trading platforms or exchanges (e.g., Spot, Derivatives, Wallets, or Fiat gateways)
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) to communicate with global teams
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market dynamics
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize backlogs in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize workflows or documentation
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or SQL
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment or scaling products from 0 to 1
