Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Banking Services platform domains, including account onboarding, verification, and settlements.
• Drive platform capabilities for money movement, such as bank transfers, instant payments, and reconciliation workflows.
• Lead integrations with banking partners, payment processors, and financial infrastructure providers.
• Translate regulatory and compliance constraints into clear platform requirements regarding auditability, controls, and reporting.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to embed necessary controls into platform design.
• Act as the product owner for internal consumers, improving the developer experience through clear APIs and documentation.
• Write high-quality PRDs and manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to optimization.

Requirements

• 5-12 years of Product Management experience with strong exposure to backend, platform, or infrastructure products.
• Prior people management experience, including mentoring or managing other Product Managers.
• Deep technical fluency with a strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architectures.
• Experience with high-scale, high-availability systems that operate under strict SLAs.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and communicate effectively with senior leadership and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building internal platforms or developer-facing products.
• Background in fintech, banking, payments, or other highly regulated industries.
• Exposure to managing global-scale, high-availability systems.
